Syed Naeem Akhtar Andrabi is an Indian statesman from the state of Jammu and Kashmir. He is span member of Jammu and Cashmere Legislative Council as a office-seeker of the Jammu and Cashmere People's Democratic Party. He was also the minister of high society works in the Mehbooba Mufti government.

Political career
